Inner Gold Intentional Living is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coaching business that uses a client-centered approach to identify and address the root-causes of certain health concerns through lifestyle changes.
The sun is an important symbol to owner, Tonya Sullivan. She holds the belief that innergold comes from within oneself and that it is within our power to let ourselves shine. The sun is also frequently discussed in conversations surrounding circadian rhythms and connecting with nature.

This logo concept for Inner Gold Intentional Living was designed to exude radiance, comfort, and trustworthiness— characteristics that are important to convey when attracting potential clients as a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach.
The logo icon combines the initials of “Inner Gold” (i + G) to create the organic circle shape that represents the middle of the sun. The sun’s rays were kept orderly, as to not make the sun appear too hand-drawn or casual, however the entire icon has softly roughened edges, giving it a natural, human feel.
Inner Gold is written in a serif font with roughened edges to stylistically harmonize with the organic logo icon. Intentional Living, in contrast, is written in a clean sans-serif font to portray modernity, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
The primary colors are Sunshine and Inner Gold— two golden yellow hues radiating warmth. The primary colors are complemented with earthy secondary colors— representing grounding and nature.
